Short Histories II, the Historical One-Page Prize 2006 the 2007 One-Page
Prize, and the 2007 Fish International Poetry Prize.
The winner of last year's First Prize, with the title story A Paper
Heart Is Beating, A Paper Boat Sets Sail is Kathleen Murrray who came
all the way from Dublin to claim her prize at the West
Cork Literary Festival in Bantry, West Cork, Ireland.

Fish Publishing is an independent publishing company based in the West
of Ireland. It has been running writing contests since
1994. It publishes writers in anthologies of high production and literary
standards. The annual Fish international short-fiction prize has become
an established event on the literary calendar. Numerous winners of the

Fish Publishing offers a comprehensive Critique and Editorial Consultancy Service. Our editors are highly experienced in the areas of providing writers with critical analysis and developmental assistance. Fish Publishing runs several literary competitions every year. On our
